2019 Cabernet Merlot
The wine was produced on a certified Bio-dynamic, Carbon Positive and naturally powered estate.
This outstanding Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot from the 2019 vintage displays densely flavoured ripe dark fruits, complemented by discrete fine-grained tannins.
2019 mangan east block
This quality wine, much like the 2019 Cabernet Merlot was produced on a certified Bio-dynamic, carbon positive and naturally powered estate. The grapes were harvested from the prime selections of the eastern blocks of the Mangan vineyard, as usual showcasing the best of the season. This vintage is a blend of 81% Malbec and 19% Petit Verdot. It was naturally fermented, basket pressed and then matured for 5 months in french oak of which 55% were new.
2019 Diana madeline
The 2019 Diana Madeline was born of a low yielding warm vintage, with only 2350 dozen bottles made. The vines were planted in 1971 in ancient gravelly granite soils, producing a wine of great quality, elegance, perfume and balance.
Skin contact time ranged from 10-29 days before being gently basket pressed to barrel. It has spent an average of 15 months in oak, with 45% new oak, in a mixture of bio-dynamic barriques and puncheons.
2020 Late Harvest chenin blanc
Chenin Blanc was planted on the Cullen Vineyard Estate in 1976. This dessert wine is made from hand picked cane cut grapes with the fruit quality being exceptional, reflecting an excellent growing season.
2019 mangan vineyard
sauvignon blanc semillon
This outstanding blend is from another great vintage which produced low yields. It's made with very high quality fruit with precise natural acidity, fruit concentration and brightness. This wine also is produced on a certified Bio-dynamic, Carbon Neutral and naturally powered estate.
2017 cullen vineyard
sauvignon blanc semillion
This blend contains a greater volume of Sauvignon Blanc than Semillon, which reflects the outstanding qualities of the fruit produced by the former variety on the Cullen Vineyard. Picked at optimal ripeness with cooler harvest conditions results in an elegant wine and display of beautiful fruit purity.
Complexity and completeness have been enhanced through maturing some of the wine in new oak.
